1. Academic Responsibilities

  • Support the management of teaching and learning, assessment, and academic evaluations to align with the institution’s development plan and meet the standards set by the institute and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), ensuring international recognition.
  • Support the Qualifying Examination (QE) process.
  • Oversee and coordinate the quality management system for theses and dissertations.
  • Manage the Online Course Registration system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, while facilitating a seamless user experience for students.

2. Quality Assurance

  • Support internal and external educational quality assurance systems, including preparing documentation, compiling reports, monitoring performance, and systematically organizing quality assurance records.

3. Student Services

  • Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of student documents, such as graduation certificates, transcripts, diplomas, and other requested certifications.

4. Other Responsibilities

  • Prepare meeting agendas, present topics in relevant meetings, and manage the preparation and distribution of key documents, annual reports, and other student-related reports to internal and external organizations, such as the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), the Ministry of Education

 

Qualifications - What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in an academic or educational administration role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, students, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software applications, such as office productivity tools and student information systems
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and regulations in the higher education sector
  • Minimum TOEIC score of 650 or equivalent English proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
