     Handle legal matters, contract documentation, litigation, and provide legal consultation to safeguard the institute's interests. Additionally, ensure that the institute's operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and relevant provisions.


Qualification requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in law with at least 2 years of legal experience

    Knowledge of laws, regulations, and rules relevant to the institute

    Expertise in litigation procedures

    Skills in drafting legal contracts, including property lease agreements and investment contracts

    Ability to interpret and analyze legal provisions and contracts

    TOEIC Score at least 800 (Test results valid for 2 years.)

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Analytical thinking

    Attention to detail

    Negotiation skills


Job Description

1. Oversee legal matters related to education and university affairs to ensure the institute's operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and relevant provisions.


2. Manage the drafting and review of contracts/agreements for the institute, providing consultation to staff and departments to ensure clarity, appropriate terms, legal compliance, and alignment with regulations, while safeguarding the institute’s interests.


3. Develop and update standard contract templates to serve as a model for the institute's general contracts.


4. Provide legal advice and opinions on legal issues to staff and departments within the institute to support efficient operations.


5. Supervise, provide opinions on, and prepare documents related to the institute's litigation/enforcement cases to ensure efficient legal proceedings.


6. Serve as a central hub for legal information by collecting, monitoring, and communicating laws, regulations, and provisions relevant to the institute to support its internal operations.


7. Oversee, prepare, and/or update regulations, rules, guidelines, orders, and announcements of the institute to ensure modernity, operational flexibility, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and related provisions.


8. Handle personnel appeals or grievances, including providing opinions on legal matters, regulations, rules, and related provisions to ensure compliance with the institute's criteria and requirements.


9. Manage tort liability cases arising from fraud, loss, or damage to the institute's property by conducting investigations, gathering evidence from documents and individuals, and presenting findings to the Tort Liability Investigation Committee in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.
