VISTEC is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated Faculty Member with a strong background in Chemical Engineering, particularly in areas at the interface of chemical processes, energy technologies, and sustainability.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop an internationally recognized research program, contribute to graduate teaching and student supervision, and establish strong collaborations with academic and industrial partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research and develop innovative technologies.
- Establish an independent and internationally competitive research program.
- Teach and supervise graduate students.
- Secure external research funding and develop collaborations with industry and other partners.
- Contribute to technology development, innovation, and the practical application of research.
- Participate in academic, institutional, and community-related activities.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Chemical Technology, or a closely related field.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience; postdoctoral or industrial research experience is an advantage.
- Strong academic and research record with publications in high-impact international peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated potential to develop an independent and high-impact research program.
- Strong potential for interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Priority will be given to candidates whose expertise complements VISTEC's existing research strengths and demonstrates strong potential for high-impact research, external funding, technology development, and industry collaboration.
